What came first -- America or the Constitution?
Welcome to the Anti-Federalist!Well over 200 years ago, a small group of educated men opposed the Constitution's ratification. Were these men correct? Did they identify flaws within the Constitutional system? Did they predict many of the problems we face today?We will strive to answer these questions and others related to our system of government through this forum. Although much of what we will discuss is an academic exercise, there is a chance that some of the ideas generated here will be heard. After all, the world today is flat. Unlike 200 years ago, technology gives everyone a voice. Perhaps a small group of educated people can re-argue an old idea whose time has come.
